"Training transfer" is mainly focused on the training of enterprise employees,rarely involving the field of education.Since the implementation of the "National Training Plan" in 2010,there has been occasional research on the effect of kindergarten teachers training.There is few research on the training transfer in the national training of Chinese teachers in primary schools(abbreviated as "NTCT",the same below),and the success of the implementation of the national training plan is closely related to training transfer effect.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors of training transfer of NTCT through empirical research.Based on qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the factors influencing training transfer of NTCT.Firstly,based on the classical theory of training transfer and the guidance of education experts,we designed a five-point Likert scale questionnaire from perspectives of both internal factors(teaching and scientific research,transfer motivation and self-efficacy)and external factors(training design and transfer climate).A small-scale test showed that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity.Then,with the help of questionnaire websites,electronic questionnaires were distributed to 500 teachers who ever participated in NTCT programs organized by Nantong Normal College during the last five years.Out of which 497 filled questionnaires were successfully returned,representing a response rate of 99.4%.Secondly,using IBM SPSS22,we conducted descriptive statistical analysis and reliability analysis of the questionnaires,which showed that the questionnaire had very good reliability in self-efficacy,training design,transfer climate and transfer effect,as well as in transfer motivation.The total reliability coefficient of the scale is 0.904.Thirdly,we used Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between influencing factors and training transfer effects.It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between transfer effect and training design,transfer climate,self-efficacy,teaching and scientific research,transfer motivation.The most relevant factor is training design,with a correlation coefficient of 0.820,strongly suggesting that a good training design(including training methods,training contents and training cases)is very important.The second most relevant factor is transfer climate,with a correlation coefficient of 0.774 with transfer effect.It showed that a good external environment would enhance the transfer of training.In the meanwhile,we obtained correlation information among the influencing factors.Among the four factors of transfer motivation,self-efficacy,training design and transfer atmosphere,each factor was positively and significantly correlated with the other three factors,while the correlation between transfer motivation and transfer climate was the most significant.In addition,gender,age,professional title,education(including post-promotion education)were not significantly correlated with the effect of training transfer.Finally,we used stepwise regression to make a multivariate linear regression analysis,and established a linear regression model.The results showed that training design was most crucial to the achievement of Nantong Normal College in national training programs,followed by transfer climate,self-efficacy,teaching and scientific research and transfer motivation,with corresponding regression coefficients 0.492,0.345,0.076,0.068 and 0.067,respectively.Finally,according to the empirical conclusions,combined with the influence factors of training transfer in NTCT,some measures are put forward to enhance the training transfer effect:first,carefully design training programs and do a good job of training needs research;second,create a good transfer climate and build a harmonious transfer environment;third,fully stimulate self-efficacy and cultivate the spirit of overcoming difficulties;fourth,do teaching and scientific research at the same time and summarize teaching experience in time;fifth,promote the motivation of transfer and multi-directionally stimulate positive transfer.
