In the development of China’s high education, private colleges and universities play a very important role, contributing to the promotion of the popularization of high education. Only the synchronous development of private high education has a very profound meaning in China’s high education. The key to improving the quality of education in private colleges and universities is to have relatively stable and excellent teachers. However, from the current situation, due to the factors of salary, social statues, career development and so on, the outflow of talented teachers has already become a very important factor in restricting the healthy development of private universities. There is a high rate of outflow of talents in all private colleges in An Hui province besides X college, seriously impacting the establishments of experienced teachers, academicals constructions, teaching quality and the cultivation of students’ career ability. This article is aimed to research on the above phenomenon.Firstly, it gives a clear definition and interpretation of the relevant concepts involved, researching mainly on private colleges and universities in An Hui Province. Under the relevant theoretical basis at home and abroad, by the case of X Institute, supplemented by questionnaires, personal interviews to acquire the necessary information for deep research on the issue,and analyzed the real reason for the outflow of teachers in Private Colleges and Universities in An Hui, thereby put forward measures to solve the problem. This paper argues that relatively limited career ambitions and promotion, low social recognition, social orientation bias relatively less attention and support of government, absence of management mechanism, the conflict between high commitments from the private colleges and teachers’ expectations and low salaries, all contribute to the outflow of teachers. How to stabilize teachers, in order to improve the quality of private higher education, has become the key to its survival. Therefore, through the analysis of research on the basis of the problem, the author proposes several specific recommendations. |
