Development of higher education has entered a new period,the number of admissions in public universities can not meet the needs of the community,private schools and universities as a part of supplement emerged.Private schools and universities for the company's talent is mature,but the development of private universities is still a problem.Many problems encountered during,including policy,funding,admissions,recruitment and other areas.Private schools and public universities compared to determine the specificity of the private universities in the development encountered more problems,but most rely on their own strength,problem-solving ability to solve problems will determine the future development of private universities.Private universities in Liaoning Province as an important part of private universities in China,after years of development later,has made progress in the overall size of the school,quality of schools,teachers,students' work.Development of private universities from the start of trial and error to present the overall development through a series of stages,each stage will have a stage,the characteristics of the times.By the end of 2013,Liaoning Province,there are currently 66 private colleges and universities of various types,which represent more than half the number of institutions in the province.Such a large number of private schools for education in Liaoning Province is an important complement to allow a better development in Liaoning Province,private schools are important for the advancement of education in the province of Liaoning.Private schools and universities from all levels of difficulties encountered in the development,some of the difficulties become resistant to the healthy development of private universities.In Liaoning province,many factors influence the development of private schools that choose the most direct factor for the development of private schools and universities,both private colleges Liaoning Teachers pay system research.In this study,through questionnaires and interviews,Liaoning Teachers understand the current situation of private colleges salaries and remuneration of teachers in private schools and universities to study the most influential factor.Through the analysis of the specific factors put forward correspondingcountermeasures system,but the countermeasures proposed countermeasure is only a guideline,the study found that private colleges in the province of Liaoning factors affecting teachers' pay is not a factor that can be quantified,then only every school is to develop appropriate policies based on their current situation.
