| Under the background of globalization especially internet time,countries which public university support the entire higher education is rarely.It’s common for the private university developing with the public university。Resource put into the public university is far away from the need of the economy development.And the public higher education can’t meet Hierarchical and multi-level diversified education need.Under this circumstance,market mechanisms and self-financing has been bring into Chinese private higher education,and the circumstance of public education dominate the whole higher education because of planned economy system has been changed.Compare to public universities,private higher education has inherent disadvantages in social status as well as the government’s management,resource allocation,such as teachers instability,structural imbalance of teachers,lack of research personnel,etc.,which will put the sustainable development of higher education and scientific research at a decided disadvantage.This article take one of the characteristic private university of Hainan province——HNZY college as a major case for analysis.This study focus on structure of teachers,management mode and the demond of young teachers.This study also take deeply study the teachers’ dimission of HNZY college Through literature study,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,so as to find the reasons.The study found that the current government pay less attention to the private colleges and universities,allocated more resource to the public university than the private college under the same circumstance.The welfare benefits and social position of teachers in private college is lower than public university,which lead to some teachers in private college quit their jobs,and can’t attract higher level teachers.Remuneration is the only way for the private college to recruit teachers.but private college still feel helpless in promoting teachers’ social position,further training,sustainable teaching and research,and communicating with the teachers of public university.The study propose some methods through government policies,resource allocation,and help each other with public university.The study also discuss human source management of private college and Inspiron of teachers.At same time,the study discuss the material needs and spiritual needs of young teachers through Maslow’s human need theory... |
