Middle school moral education as one of the main channel of moral education for middle school students, its itself contains a profound cultural wisdom and humanity spirit, is to respect people, understand people, certainly, the development, improve the value orientation of human practice activities, to cultivate students’ thinking and morality quality plays a vital role. however, the current middle school moral education in the process of implementation of many achievements at the same time there are also some problems, such as unitary goal of moral education, the lack of content, too much emphasis on instilling and so on, and there is no real student needs, achieve the purpose of middle school moral education humanistic care and requirements. This article through the present situation of investigation and need for middle school students and middle school moral education humanistic care, and combined with relevant cases, and teaching practical activities to explore further, analyses the reason of middle school moral education humanistic care problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to meet the needs of the middle school students, strengthen the school moral education humanistic care, improve the purpose of middle school the actual effect of moral education.Based on the interpretation of people’s needs theory and middle school moral education on the basis of the basic connotation of humanistic concern, concrete analysis of the relationship between the two, namely the middle school moral education humanities concern stems from the need of high school students, middle school moral education of humanistic care is an important way to meet the needs of middle school students. Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the humanistic solicitude in the current middle school moral education present situation, found that mainly exist the following problems: the middle school students’ understanding of their needs are not comprehensive, less effective communication between teachers and students, the school moral education development in a number of deficiencies, parents lack of moral education, improper family education way. Article then from students, school, family and social four aspects the preliminary analysis the reasons of the existence of these problems, and think of which affected by the humanities accomplishment of teachers and parents. Finally, in view of the problems and reasons existed in the countermeasure thought, humanistic concern of how to implement the requirements of the middle school students moral education, including improve the correct cognition and the comprehensive development of the middle school students, enhance the school level of humanistic care, improve teachers’ humane quality, pay attention to the guidance and demonstration of the family level, create a good social environment, etc.Theory with practice, to the middle school moral education in middle school student of the practical need of the development of humanistic concern, return to life, and to improve the actual effect of moral education to promote freedom, comprehensive, and healthy development of the middle school students is the value orientation of the article.
