In the nineteen report of the Communist Party of China,we put forward that youth should be prosperous while youth is strong while state strong.This shows that it is of great importance to attach importance to and care for the growth and development of young people.Young people's ideological and moral education bears the task of growing up young people.It is a systematic and basic project.It is not only related to the healthy growth and success of adolescents,but also to the success of our "two one hundred year goals".Young people's ideological and moral education not only inherits excellent traditions,but also adapts to the development requirements of new era,and constantly innovating and developing.This paper,guided by the theory of Marx's comprehensive development of human beings,aims at innovating the path of Youth Ideological and moral education by using the concept of humanistic care to expand the scope of the study of teenagers' Ideological and moral education.The article is divided into three parts for in-depth study.The first part,starting with the basic connotation,characteristics and the theoretical origin of the humanistic care of the young people's ideological and moral education and humanistic care,clarifies the important significance of the innovation of the ideological and moral education for young people in the view of humanistic care.The second part analyzes the current situation of Ideological and moral education for youngsters.At present,the concept of humanistic care has been attached importance to.The content,environment construction and evaluation concept of adolescent ideological and moral education have been enriched,improved and renewed.At the same time,there are common,knowledgeable and formalized problems of educational objectives,educational content and educational methods,which leads to the lack of individualization,emotion and effectiveness of the ideological and moral education of young people.To solve these problems,we can analyze the causes of some ideological and moral educators' quality,contents and methods of traditional education and environmental complexity.The third part,in view of the current status of Youth Ideological and moral education,combined with the requirements of the new era of Youth Ideological and moral education,through the humanistic care of the perspective of Youth Ideological and moral education innovation path.That is to further improve the educational concept and ability of the educator's humanistic care education,improve the content of life education,emotional education and interpersonal communication,and promote the educational methods of equal dialogue,emotional experience and psychological guidance,and create a humanistic school environment,family environment and social environment,and optimize the evaluation of the ideological and moral education for young people.Price principle and evaluation method,so as to provide theoretical and practical support for young people's ideological and moral education innovation.
