However, the traditional patriarchal society repressed emotion female intellectual, shackled their self-awareness, some areas patriarchal ideology is still very serious, to a certain extent, affected the growth of female students under the environment, making them prone to excessive low self-assessment; Although modern family education model has been more popular, but traditional family education continues to affect some families, which limits girls personality to play, virtually obliterated the self-learning ability, so that they in the examination-oriented education produce independent research into the process of learning more confusing; with the change of living environment, from the high school campus into the fast-paced world, he left the family umbrella, but also allow them to face more temptation; modern society requires both female obtain career success, but also requires them to combine family affairs, so women tend to suffer more pressure. Attentive and sensitive mind and body is not yet fully mature female students if it can not quickly adapt to the new environment and effectively relieve stress, it may gradually lose confidence, resulting in varying degrees of inferiority, triggering a series of mental disorders, which will seriously affect their normal learning and life, and even future employment and marriage. Thus, by analyzing the reasons for female students have inferiority complex, the use of social work knowledge and skills to improve their self-esteem condition, eliminate the negative impact will be very important.This paper selected three female students at the University of S as a case study.
