The proportion of contemporary college students in love is up to 80%,and love violence has become a problem that cannot be ignored.Although female college students receive higher education level and have stronger gender cognition,romantic violence still brings great harm to female college students.On the one hand,due to female’s natural physical weakness,love violence is more likely to cause physical harm to female college students.On the other hand,due to the unique personality and psychological characteristics of women,romantic violence is more likely to bring psychological harm to female college students,and the extent of the harm is deeper.The negative impact caused by the harm is larger in scope,longer in duration,and may even last a lifetime.Female college students suffering from love violence often appear more serious inferiority,specific performance is self-denial,self-loathing of irrational cognition,appear guilt,depression and unhappy negative mood,exhaustion,palpitation,slow and slack physiological changes,appear self-punishment self-abuse,paranoid extreme problems,appear dodge,annihilation of self interpersonal state and so on.If the self-abasement caused by love violence cannot be alleviated and improved in a timely and effective way,it is likely to cause female college students to suffer from mental depression,which may even evolve into life-threatening extreme events.Therefore,it is not only necessary but also urgent to improve the self-abasement caused by love violence.In this study,the cognitive behavioral theory was used to investigate and diagnose the inferiority complex of female college students under the influence of romantic violence.Finally,the case study was carried out focusing on two typical cases.In the early stage,relevant data were extensively collected through observation,scale and interview methods,and the problems and needs of the service objects were comprehensively mastered,and service plans were formulated.It was known that the problems of the service objects could be divided into cognition,emotion and behavior,which were mainly represented by cognitive bias of love violence,low sense of self-worth and emotional sensitivity.After intervention,it was found that the absolute irrational cognition of the two clients based on "no one will love me" led to emotional system disorder and self-injury and self-abandonment behavior.The over-generalized irrational cognition based on "I am not worthy of love" led to self-isolation.The most egregious irrational perception,based on the idea that nothing is sadder than being without love,leads to a flood of negative emotions and deviant behavior.Based on the above analysis,this study combined the case social work method with cognitive behavioral therapy and applied the empowerment theory and cognitive behavioral theory to help the service objects identify their own problems and needs,eliminate irrational beliefs,form a virtuous cycle between cognition,emotion and behavior,improve their sense of self-worth,achieve self-acceptance,and rebuild positive cognition.Reduce female college students’ anxiety and relieve their negative emotions by supporting technology;Using cognitive therapy to correct his irrational view of love;Using emotional remodeling techniques to relieve their paranoid feelings;Improve their bad behaviors and return to the healthy state of love by virtue of behavior improvement techniques;With the help of social support technology,the author reconstructs her interpersonal schema,and finally guides and helps female college students to improve their inferiority under love violence,regain hope and return to normal life. |
