Social Work Practice Research On Improving Adolescents Inferiority Com Plex In Floating Single-parent Family

In recent years,along with the system of urban and rural segmentation weaken and the rising divorce rate in our country,our country immigrated adolescents and the number of single-parent families teenagers rise year by year,flow single youth the dual group is also increasing,the number of people of the community concern increasingly.There is not enough power in all aspects,which makes a lot of in Floating Single-parent youth have different levels of inferiority.The author found that,through the literature both in qualitative research,for adolescents and single parent families of adolescents'mental health research mostly think that most teenagers with single-parent families are adolescents exist different degree of inferiority complex.Through FIS low self-esteem scale on the internship to 30 investigation,single-parent families teenagers also found that there are different levels of low self-esteem,and mainly in the aspect of social inferiority and learning ability inferior.This study is based on the practice of 30 single-parent families teenagers self-abased psychology research,based on the selection of eight flow single-parent families teenagers as practice research object,first of all,according to interviews and observation,understand the performance of its inferiority complex analysis of the causes of the inferiority complex,and then in the energized under the guidance of the theory and the theory of personality development,adopt the corresponding strategy team work,first of all,through the manual group,group members get handmade ability,increase the successful experience in the learning process,improve the self assessment,improving learning ability inferior;Then,the group provides a networking platform and opportunity,make team members learn ability to compliment others,the ability of self-esteem,the ability to express their opinions,so as to improve social interaction of inferiority.Finally,through the practice research,the author is team work to improve the flow of single-parent families teenagers self-abased psychology service experience and deficiency of reflections and Suggestions,and hope can provide more effective service in the future.
