Research On The Group Work Of Children ’s Inferiority Complex In The Minimal Family Of Tonghua City

As the economic system reform develops,our county’s economy achieved unprecedented development;the living standard and cultural life of the people are improving in recent years.The life of residents in the town has reached a well-off life.But there are always have a part of people,the living standard of them is always below the poverty line and must solved their existential problems,relying on the subsistence allowances.There exist many problems in them,such as the difficult home life,low social rank,poor spirit,the problem of family education.Although the subsistence security system is already better.But the main issue is resolving their economic life not their spiritual life.There are many children in these families,though they are included in the rescue,but they don’t get the direct welfare,especially spiritual assistance.The children are labeled on low-income family.One side they live in poor conditions lead to malnutrition and poor physical quality.The other side on spiritual aspect,they are having poor interpersonal skills,and easy to inferiority,lack of self-confidence,they are having no courage to play with others.Seriously they will have negative feelings and appear behavioral biases.The social work mainly services for vulnerable groups by using professional methods,helping people help themselves.Be aimed at solving the self-contempt and selfconfidence of children from urban families with low subsistence allowances.This paper focuses on the existential problem of the self-contempt and self-confidence of them.Analysis of the importance of professional social work methods in the minimal assurance family children’s self-confidence of minimal assurance family.This paper is based on bandura’s social learning theory and social support network theory,use the group activity,keep track of and evaluate the group activity,and in the last part the authors make some policy suggestions.The point is help the children eliminate inferiority and improve self-confident by using the social work method,and start to gain momentum in interpersonal interaction and study,to help them have a healthy and happy life.
