College Students Funding System Optimization Research In China

With the development of college enrollment and education reform, the cost of higher education is increasing, and the problem of poor students in Colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent. With the help of a series of financial aid system, it is not difficult for students to enter university. However, how to build a complete system of college students poverty and help poor students to complete their studies successfully, and to ensure the equality of higher education is one of the important issues that need to be solved in higher education in China.The full text is divided into five chapters, with the help of literature analysis and questionnaire survey method, the foreign students’ support system and the current status of the system of university students’ history and status quo analysis, found that the university students in the theoretical level and the implementation of the system are inadequate. From the perspective of educational equity and demand, we put forward the suggestion of perfecting the system of university students’ support system in our country. For the main problems, the paper puts forward the following specific improvement measures:the establishment of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the poor students identification mechanism, with the help of social forces to strengthen the poor students to support system construction; to expand the poor students to help poor students to complete their studies.Perfect strategy proposed in this paper the specific financial assistance system for poor students, can help government departments to straighten out the optimal financial assistance system for poor students thinking and improve the efficiency of system construction of poor students, at the same time to the construction of financial assistance system for poor students in colleges and universities have played a role in guiding, also has a certain reference value.
