Study On The Present Situation，Problems And Countermeasures Of The Implementation Of Junior High School Lobar And Technical Education

The new reform of basic education curriculum has increased the comprehensive practice curriculum as compulsory courses. The labor and technology education as one of the important study field, it can not only make students get positive work experience and good technical quality, but also has a very important significance on cultivating student’s innovation spirit and practice ability.Take the labor and technology education as the research object. Firstly analyses the basic concept, development course, objectives and content of labor and technology education;Secondly take part of the junior high school teachers and students in Shijiazhuang city as the investigation object. And then using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview to investigate its implementation situation. Finally through the analysis of the existing problems, possible reasons, this study will offer the corresponding suggestions on the existing problems.This study consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction. On this selected topic, mainly elaborated its basis and research significance, the related research at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of this study.The second part is an overview of labor and technology education. Mainly discusses the relevant concepts, the development history of labor and technical education in mainland China after the founding of PRC, and the objectives and contents of labor and technology education.The third part is about the investigation and analysis of the current situation of its implementation in junior high school in Shijiazhuang city. Among them, 120 students and 54 teachers in were selected as subjects. And by the way of stratified sampling and the method of questionnaire investigation and interview to investigate its implementation situation.The fourth part is the main problems and causes during the implementation process of the labor and technical education. Based on the practice of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyses the problems existing in the implementation of labor and technologyeducation from the aspects of cognition, implementation and security system. Then analyses the causes for existing problems.The fifth part is the suggestions to improve the implementation effect of the labor and technical education. In combination with the real situation of Shijiazhuang City, this paper puts forward the improvement suggestions from three aspects: the understanding level, the implementation level and the security system level.
