Under the leadership of the market economy, science and technology is increasingly developed, international competition becomes increasingly fierce. But competition between countries is essentially the competition of human resources, innovation and competitive ability. College students as the representative of the youth is one of the most potential exists in our country, if young people cling to tradition, lose the creativity that this age should have, then the Chinese will eventually lose the stream of progress and forward momentum. Moreover, along with the worsen employment of college students, college students entrepreneurship has been pushed to a new height. So college students entrepreneurship is a sticking point of national innovation, social employment conflicts and critical issues. Because of the limitation of various factors, college students’ entrepreneurial willingness is very low, and the business failure rate is too high.On the other hand, according to market research findings and scholars’ studies abroad, financial innovation of commercial banks is an important factor that affecting students’ entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial success. Driven by the internet banking, financial disintermediation, the interest rate marketing and privatization trend of banks, traditional commercial banks must make financial innovation in order to improve the competitiveness of them, and tap new profit point to maintain market share. Specific financial innovation includes product innovation, service innovation and regulatory innovation. It has been found that a large part of the financial innovation has bring confidence and encouragement to college students entrepreneurship.This paper reviews the basic theory research and practical research. It sums up several factors and design the questionnaire. By analyzing the results of questionnaires by 648 university students in Jiangsu Province, bases on the relationship between banks and business enterprises, roughly investigating the factors that affect students’ entrepreneurial willingness. In those many factors, we focused on commercial banks’ financial innovation. The results of empirical research are:the product innovation, service innovation and regulatory innovation of commercial banks are good for improving college students’ entrepreneurial willingness.Commercial banks should be more creative to improve the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students. Although this article is in connection with college students start business, but also have reference for the financing of small and micro enterprises.
