In the 1970 s,China began to implement the fertility policy of “advocating late marriage, late childbirth, fewer births, and better births.” After only 30 years, the fertility rate fell to the world's low fertility level, which shows that China 's fertility policy has a significant effect on population control influences. At present,China's population problem is becoming increasingly prominent, mainly because of with the rapid economic development, the "demographic dividend" advantage is gradually fading, and the phenomenon of population aging is becoming increasingly serious.In2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China officially adopted the "Comprehensive Two-Child" policy, which is expected to be used to adjust China's fertility and improve the population structure. But the effect of this second-child policy is not significant. It is also a significant population policy, but the effect is huge. This phenomenon deserves further consideration. How will people's fertility desire change after the implementation of the "second-child policy" ? What are the factors that affect residents' willingness to reproduce? What is the willingness to give birth to two children in different industries? This requires us to conduct in-depth systematic research. The data was obtained in the form of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, and a number of female employees who had had one child were randomly selected as target groups for the survey of their childbearing intentions in a number of different commercial banks in Handan City.First, the bivariate cross contingency table analysis was used to analyze the age, education level, monthly household income of female employees who have given birth to one child in urban commercial banks, whether they are the only children, the current housing situation of the family, the situation of female jobs,Descriptive analysis of one child gender and one child care situation.Secondly, using cross contingency analysis,chi-square test and one-way variance test to test the correlation between female employees' fertility desire and these personal basic factors. The analysis results show that there are significant correlations between the second child's childbearing willingness, age factors, education level, family monthly income status factors, family existing housing status factors, femalejob status factors, one child gender and one child care status factors. However, there is no significant correlation between the factors of the only child situation and the one-child care situation factors with the second child's fertility desire. Finally,a binary logistic regression analysis method was used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of childbearing intentions of female employees who have given birth to one child in Handan Commercial Bank. This article uses the five factors of personal level, family level, concept level, work level and social level as explanatory variables, and "willing to have two children" as the explanatory variable to establish a binary logistic regression model: It is calculated that Handan Commercial Bank has The female child bearing one child, the childbearing willingness of the second child, has a positive correlation with the personal, family, and social levels, and a negative correlation with the work level, and there is no significant correlation with the relationship between conceptual factors. In view of the conclusions drawn from the above investigation and analysis, this article puts forward corresponding reference suggestions from the policy and bank levels.
