Doubt is the beginning of thinking, learning the end. The real purpose of education is to make students continue to question, think about, and in the process of continuous exploration and new problems, to solve the new problems, and to solve the new problems in the process of new experience and understanding. Question guide mode teachers create problem situation, the teaching examples, the problem solving learning, elements of the study to explore the implementation of optimization of the students independent inquiry teaching strategy. Through the creation of a certain situation, guide students to find the problem, analyze the problem and solve the problem, so as to stimulate students’ thirst for knowledge, create desire and subject consciousness, improve students’ ability to solve problems. With the new curriculum reform and the development of innovative talents, senior high school political teachers must design and practice teaching process to cultivate students’ problem awareness and ability to solve problems in teaching process. How to change the teaching mode of the traditional teaching, the teaching mode of the students, and the students’ subjectivity in the course of study, how to find out the innovation teaching mode which is more conform to the new curriculum reform needs to be a top priority of the current education reform.Therefore, this paper will from the five aspects of the implementation of "problem based learning" teaching model in senior high school politics teaching were the exploration of theory and practice. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the research significance, theoretical basis and research review, etc;The second part is theoretical study of senior high school politics teaching "problem based learning" mode of applied research, the related concepts were defined, is discussed on the basis of the theory and practice basis; the third part is the political teaching in high school "problem based learning" teaching mode application principles, procedures, cases and evaluation methods. The fourth part is analysis of the current situations, problems and causes of "problem based learning" models applied to senior high school politics teaching; the fifth part is Countermeasures of senior high school politics teaching in the "problem based learning" teaching mode effective application.Through the creation of a certain situation, guide students to find the problem, analyze the problem and solve the problem, so as to stimulate students’ thirst for knowledge, create desire and subject consciousness, improve students’ ability to solve problems.
