Research On Knowledge Sharing Of University Scientific Research Team Based On Social Network Analysis

In today’s era of knowledge economy, innovation is the soul of the social development. University scientific research teams, as the main body of national innovation, carrying a lot of provincial and national major scientific research projects, and playing a significant role in the research field of the whole society. University scientific research team is a knowledge-intensive organization, his development cannot do without the knowledge innovation, and the knowledge sharing provides the basis conditions for knowledge.This paper starts with the connect intensity and network structure of social network, through the deeply research to reveal the social network analysis method can be applied to the knowledge sharing of university scientific research teams. Taking a university research team as the research boject, and then using social network analysis tool UCINET software map out the communication of the scientific research team’knowledge sharing. Through the analysis of the whole network, group analysis and individual network to reveals the current situation of the scientific research team’knowledge sharing, and point out the key nodes, structural nodes and edge points in the scientific research team. Finally, pick out the problems between the knowledge sharing of university scientific research teams, based on the data analysis, take knowledge recipient owner, knowledge owner, knowledge sharing channels and team’cultural environment into consideration, put forward to promote the strategies of the university scientific research team’knowledge sharing.
