Abstract/Summary:
With the increasingly complex environment and the diverse university student, how to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education becomes a big problem in current ideological and political education filed. Scholars have tried to study the relationship between educator and university student, with communication which as a point of breakthrough. And according to whether the way of communication standard fixed or not, communication can be divided into formal communication and informal communication. Compared with formal communication, the informal communication make both sides more relaxed, natural better educated receiving,and the feedback education content, which help the college students to further improve their effect of ideological and political education.Although the informal communication plays an unique role in improving effectiveness, but in the actual process of ideological and political education, the role of informal communication has not been fully effectively played, which embodied in following aspects: emphasizing the subject-object dichotomy in communication concept, selecting a single and inflexible way to communication, focusing on knowledge, lighting emotional communication with the content,paying attention to people’s instrument not purpose with the target of communication..Aiming at these problems, respectively from the following three points to search reason:both sides communication idea rigid impact, the influence of the main communication ability and the influence of bad communication situation. Therefore, establishing a correct concept of informal communication, optimizing the elements of informal communication and then improving informal communication quality of educators, which contributes to the optimization of informal communication effect, so as to better enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education.
