The Research On Communication Obstacles In Ideological And Political Education Of Collage Students And Dispelling In The New Era

With the change of the relationship between teaching and learning,great changes have taken place in the concept,ability,way of communication between college students and educators in the new era,as well as the media and channels to acquire and impart knowledge.Therefore,communication in Ideological and political education of college students is facing severe challenges.In such a situation,it is not only an urgent need to study the communication obstacles of College Students’ Ideological and political education and the countermeasures to solve them,but also an inevitable requirement to enhance the effectiveness of College Students’ Ideological and political education.There are many possible factors that affect the communication effect of Ideological and political education of college students,some of which do not constitute a negative threat,some of which form obstacles to the smooth progress of communication activities.In order to find out these obstacles,we should not only sort out the text of Marx and Engels’ theory of "communication",but also learn from the research results of psychology,management and communication at home and abroad.On this basis,we should analyze the connection and difference between the new era and the traditional ideological and political education communication of college students in terms of communication relationship,communication subject and communication environment,Finding out the differences of the times is an important basis for grasping the communication obstacles of Ideological and political education of college students in the new era.Ideological and political education of college students in the new era,it is necessary to comprehensively consider such obstacles as the new changes of ideological concepts and differences of communication ability of both sides in the new era,the complexity of communication environment of Ideological and political education of college students in the new era,the value of communication content of Ideological and political education of college students in the new era,and the challenges brought about by self-Media in the new era.In view of the obstacles in the communication of Ideological and political education of college students in the new era,combined with the new situation and new requirements,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from five aspects of communication concept,communication subject,communication environment,communication content and communication mode,so as to improve the affinity,pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.First of all,with regard to the concept of communication,both sides of communication should respect each other,win harmony and learn to understand each other;second,with regard to the main body of communication,we should improve the communication ability of educators and strengthen the communication consciousness of college students;third,with regard to the communication environment,we should cultivate a healthy peer group environment,build a good school and family environment,and shape the network communication environment of Ideological and political education Secondly,on the content of communication,we should enhance the logic and value of the content of communication.Finally,on the way of communication,this paper proposes the object-oriented communication and multi-directional communication.
