The pattern of ideological and political education to university students refers to a comprehensive theoretical and practical paradigm which covers educational aims, contents, styles, methods, instruments and structures designed and constructed in accordance with its actual needs under the guide of its definite theories. The traditional pattern is seriously challenged due to the establishment and consummation of socialism system of market economy, the further speeding and deepening of the reform, the rapid development of internet technology, the approaching of the times of popularizing higher education, and the advance of the reform in leadership system in higher education institutions, educating and teaching, enrollment and employment, logistics socializing.It is necessary that construction of the pattern should firmly be based on the idea to be student-oriented, to serve them and to make them fully developed, should represent the principle to come near to the reality, the students and the life, and should focus on its pertinence, validity, affinity and infection.There are various patterns, however, the most important at present is to newly construct four patterns. The first is the pattern of corporate activities to cultivate their personalities; the second, the pattern of network communi- cation to improve its practical validity by Internet; the third, the pattern of contract management to protect their rights; and the fourth, the pattern of humanism solicitude to take them as basis and core.
