The Ideological And Political Education College Students' Interpersonal Communication Disorders Research Intervention Correction

Good interpersonal relationship is one of the important conditions for a normal person to have psychological health and happy life.Interpersonal communication is an important channel and carrier of ideological and political education. Carrying through ideological and political education in interpersonal communication has far-reaching significance in improving the ideological and political education, solving the university students’interpersonal communication obstacles, and building a harmonious campus and harmonious society. Through ideological and political education, the university students can acquire a correct outlook on life and values, master the interpersonal skills, form the healthy personality, and establish harmonious relationships. These are also the innovation of the ideological and political education.In this paper, by investigating407university students from six different regions and types of schools, their existing interpersonal barriers are understood, the objective and subjective reasons for these barriers are analyzed.and these barriers are removed by applying the theories of ideological and political education.
