Research On Guarantee Mechanism Of Internships Policy For Higher Vocational Colleges In Guangdong

Higher vocational education gets close connection with local economic development.To speed up promotion of local industrial structure, and promote economic development inGuangdong, higher vocational education continues to learn vocational education experienceabroad, and explore the model of practice students training of integrated learning. Postexercitation reflects cooperation between school and enterprise and integrated learning, it iseffect to train highly-competent people. To meet this, government should provide policy,information, consult and service. We should enhance functions of Guangdong government onpromoting cooperation between higher vocational education and enterprise and completepractice policies, and this would make model of personnel training, industry and economydevelopment succeed. Though a step of policies are taken to ensure development ofvocational education internships, many questions are still existence, such as out of order, lackof policies, educational fund, supervision-evaluating mechanism. To make Guangdong to be asuperior vocational education province, government should clear duties, and complete highervocational education guarantee, to construct “four in one” policy of higher vocationaleducation,so sustainable development could be overcome.
