With the advent of globalization, marketization and information, the social environment and humanistic environment of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges have changed greatly, and the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges are facing severe challenges. It is necessary to construct the guarantee mechanism for the long term and actual effect of Ideological and political education, which is the operating mechanism and necessary condition for the ideological and political education to adapt to the development of the times. Some problems and deficiencies exist in the traditional ideological and political education safeguard mechanism, seriously affected the ideological and political education smoothly,ming more and more diversified, personalized era, the original security mechanism and more exposure its shortcomings.
