High school biology curriculum is one of important science curriculum. The teaching material is the teaching content, the curriculum idea and so on the written presentation, is the priority among priorities biology course, the scientific use of the materials can better achieve the teaching goal and the education effect. Textbook exercises is an important part of the teaching materials, how to effectively use the textbook exercises nature is more attention to textbook writers and the teacher’s question. Through the analysis of textbook exercises can guide the compilation of teaching materials, to update and improve the teaching material. In addition, in order to pass more perfect exercises and use more perfect ways to better assist the students to learn biology curriculum, improve biological science literacy of students,achieve the three-dimensional teaching goals.First, the article uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, analysis, analysis of the current 2004 person teaches the version high school biology required a "molecular and cell" this teaching material of exercises. From people’s education edition of the after-school exercises characteristics, quantity, layout, and so on, and with the old man teach version, in the plate the exercises were compared and analysis the advantages and disadvantages, proposed a number of amendments with the use of the proposed.Secondly, through the investigation, and the existing problems of the statistical analysis, found six deficiencies. Such as, in the training of knowledge, the high level of training too much, and dilute the basic knowledge; questions too many questions, lack of fill in the blank, connection class questions; cultivate autonomy, cooperation, inquiry learning is not appropriate enough; there is a shortage of training in emotion, attitude and values; there is a shortage of graphics and graphics; improper use and other.At last, according to the deficiencies of the discovery, the following suggestions were put forward and used to revise the suggestions and suggestions. Dialectical analysis and guidance document for the use of teaching materials, improve the training content and structure arrangement, according to the contents of the materials to arrange a reasonable exercise questions, learn from the domestic and foreign outstanding teaching materials, the basis for preview before class, the main line of classroom teaching, timely feedback and evaluation of classroom contents, to develop the discipline knowledge and to contact the related subjects, to use a variety of ways to enrich the after-school exercises and other suggestions.
