The new curriculum reform is moving on, at the same time, it puts forward higher and more clear requirements to our biology teaching, biology teachers in high school should actively learn the connotation of the new curriculum reform, update the old teaching philosophy, and carry out more effective teaching to cultivate students’ active learning ability and thinking ability. In this paper, i designed the training measures of problem found, and Through practical research, explored the effectiveness of the measures for students to find problems, also encouraged high school biology teachers to focus on the students’ability of problem finding, carry out effective measures to cultivate students ability to find problem, At the same time, to promote the high school biology curriculum reform to provide the reference and guidance. This article mainly includes the following content:(1)The questionnaire of Students’ ability of problem finding and ability training。Under the guidance of the literature, this part made sure the investigation purpose, used Structured questionnaire, and listed the specific project, then investigated the students in wenzhou, then analysis found the lack of ability of problem found in high school.(2)Designing the measures of cultivating the ability of problem found and practicing。According to the obstacle of asking question, designed the cultivation measures of the ability of problems found, selected the experimental class and comparative class, carried out the cultivation measures in experimental class, for example, creating a free, democratic, relaxed learning environment for students。 (3)Analyzing the effect of the Teaching measures that cultivate problems found ability. Compared to the differences between experimental class and comparative class, and analysed the effectiveness of training measures by test scores, questions enthusiasm, interest in biology, quality of the questions, presentation skills.The studies have shown that Teaching measures were really effective, the ability of problem found is important thinking quality of students, also important content of new curriculum reform in our country, the teachers and schools should have brought important attention to the teaching measures that can Improve the ability of finding question.
