The new curriculum reform must face such a problem, that is, how to maximize the efficiency of the classroom teaching. In recent years I was in high school biology teaching design "problem teaching" is a useful attempt. This thesis is based on the study of the relevant literature on the problems of the domestic and foreign related issues, from the theoretical basis of teaching mode, through the analysis of domestic and foreign research status of the problem, to explore the purpose, significance, design principles, advantages, and the urgent need to solve the problem.This thesis mainly uses the research method of "quantitative research and qualitative research, classroom practice and classroom reflection", taking the normal class as the field, using theoretical research method, scientific experiment method, questionnaire survey method to collect and detect the experimental results, the data using SPSS18.0 system software is analyzed.In the experimental class, the problem-based teaching mode is used to carry out the curriculum design, while the control class is used in the traditional teaching mode. The results show that the problem of teaching can stimulate students’motivation to learn more effectively, the students are more active to study, the students’learning autonomy is stronger, and the interest of learning is more extensive. Students’satisfaction is higher, and the tension of learning is lower. Problem-based teaching adds interest to the course content, it is more helpful for students to have a thorough understanding of the course content, so that students can keep their knowledge more and more. In the problem of teaching students thinking quality has been improved, the research of the students has been enhanced, and it is helpful for students to apply the theory to the practice, so as to solve the problems in the real world.
