Proposal of lifelong learning concept and building of a learning society require people have a higher learning ability, while the rapid development of Internet technology and wide application of social software support a great demand of learning, especially mobile development of the Internet, allowing users to learn any time and any place, promoting the study of life and socialization, to provide favorable conditions for lifelong learning. As a typical representative of domestic mobile Internet applications, We-chat is not only for users with a wealth of interactive communication platform, but also can effectively support the implementation of learning activities.This study explores We-chat learning platform framework and constructs ETspace learning platform to build on this platform of learning activity design pattern, by launching practice to develop learners informal learning habit and to achieve systematic formal learning, informal learning normalization.Through literature research on We-chat, informal learning and other related concepts were defined, while this study conducted We-chat and informal learning related research to review, which makes this study focused questions: first, analysis of college students carrying out learning the problems; second, building We-chat learning platform framework proposes based We-chat platform learning activity design patterns; third, based on We-chat platform learning activities design patterns to implement.Then using a questionnaire and interviews with college students We-chat basic situation, preferences as well as We-chat learning attitude to survey and analyze students using We-chat were the following problems learning:first, about We-chat learning support understanding and use, most college students stay in communication level;second, lacking high-quality of learning resources on We-chat platform makes against the occurrence of We-chat learning;third,lack of guidance and help,for We-chat supporting learning applications,college students hold neutral attitude. To solve these problems, on the basis of fully study and analyze We-chat function on building We-chat learning platform design framework, while building learning activity design pattern We-chat learning platform, supported from adding learning platform, clear rules on, learning activities and evaluation of optimal design four aspects of design specific design. Finally, by empirical research conducted practical activities based on the "Modern Educational Technology Practice and Application" ETspace We-chat learning platform courses second module ’understanding and use of instructional media. "The results show that: learners are very interested in ETspace We-chat learning platform,and the long-term willingness to use this platform for learning, most learners is proposed for learning resources and they think the use of learning resources combined with lively graphics epidemic and representative words to attract their initiative to learn, through statistical analysis of the results are consistent with the platform backstage survey results. This practice is in favor of the occurrence of informal learning informal learning, at the same time build a bridge between formal learning and informal learning, thusing college students are better to study and create, in order to adapt to the future development of society.
