The Ministry of Education issued a formal "science" curriculum standard of compulsory education in primary school,emphasizing science education is an important part of the work is to enhance the moral education,the basic scientific quality,the construction of innovative country national requirements,all localities should attach great importance to the curriculum as a guide,strengthen primary school science education.This shows that the state has put primary school science education in a more important position.In the mobile learning environment,how to effectively carry out scientific inquiry activities in primary schools can not be separated from the instruction of instructional design.Instructional design is an important part of effective teaching activities.Under the guidance of instructional design,it is worth studying how to use the mobile technology reasonably,change the traditional inquiry learning method,improve the effect of inquiry learning,and cultivate the students’ scientific literacy.Through the analysis of the theoretical basis of inquiry learning activities,there are mainly constructivism,cognitive theory and meaning learning theory;Study on the characteristics of mobile learning,including learning the cross time and space,the fragmentation of learning and personality;seamless docking with all elements of inquiry learning activities,to explore the basic mode of inquiry learning activities in the mobile learning,namely in the real situation of inquiry learning mode.In this model,the instructional design flow of inquiry learning supported by mobile learning technology is presented.Under this framework,to "a variety of plants--garlic" as an example,inquiry learning teaching design of mobile learning environment(WeChat as the platform),the empirical validation of the theoretical model,to optimize the sound on the basis of practice.Mobile learning as a new kind of Internet technology,updating continuously,in technology will also have a lot of room for innovation,and its application in the inquiry learning activities also need to further deepen and perfect.Both in content and form,it is necessary to combine with technology more closely,to give full play to the advantages of technology,to make up for deficiencies and shortcomings of traditional teaching.At the same time,we should deepen the study of the field of teaching mode,not for technology and technology,only in the framework of a perfect teaching model,the application of mobile learning technology can also play a more thorough teaching.
