This thesis is based on the current situation of higher education quality analysis of Kazakhstan, research quality and major problems in modern higher education manage-ment, and analyzes the response of the Government of Kazakhstan to solve the prob-lems of the quality management in higher education. And to make recommendations on the quality of the management of higher education based on my research and Kazakh-stan as well as the successful experience of China’s Higher Education Quality Manage-ment Reference.In this paper, the use of literature and review related to the reform of higher educa-tion policy in Kazakhstan and consolidation measures were analyzed to extract useful data for future reference and application of this thesis; demonstrate method of using examples, using examples of higher education in Kazakhstan empirical analysis of de-velopment reform situation; using quantitative analysis method to the problems of high-er education in Kazakhstan, given the appropriate recommendations for improvement.A thesis divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the sub-ject, elaborate research significance, to sort out the current situation and analysis of rel-evant research topic, noting possible innovation papers; in the second chapter is the current situation of higher education quality and history development of inquiry to ex-plore the history of Kazakhstan’s development status of higher education and contem-porary educational development, further pointing out the problems and shortcomings of the current higher education in Kazakhstan; the third chapter analyzes the causes of problems in quality management in Kazakhstan higher education; the chapter four Ka-zakhstan governments’ proposed to improve the quality of higher education manage-ment countermeasures and suggestions to promote the quality of higher education in Kazakhstan with international standards. |
