| As an important part of education in China,private higher education is pla ying an increasingly important role with the promotion of the popularization of education.There is no doubt about the development of private higher education,but the development of private education is also facing various pressures and challenges.In order to get out of the dilemma,it is necessary to rely on the guidance and regulation of the governme nt education policy,and the private higher educational institutions p also need education polic y to conduct management and regulation.At present,the support policy system of the private higher education has not been completely established,and the institutional problems have bec ome prominent and become the key to estricting its development.Although our country ack nowledg the legal status of private higher education and public higher education there still ex ists unfair competition in the education market,and there are many vacancies in government supporting policies of private higher education.In order to promote the healthy development of education,governments at all levels need to formulate supportive policies in line with local conditions so as to create a conducive policy environment.Based on the literature analysis and comparative study,this paper starts from the definiti on of the core concept and selects the theoretical basis of the research topic.Under this premis e,the case study method is adopted to analyze the existing problems and causes of education management in Liaoning province.Meanwhile compared with the same level of American sta tes and the county government in Japan using the management experience of private higher ed ucation in ther countries for reference,aimed at "A Stone from Other Hills may Serve to Pol ish the Jade of This One".Finally,in view of the existing problems and the reasons of the priv ate higher education management in Liaoning province,learning from advanced international experience,this paper puts forward the approaches to improving and perfecting the mechanis m of private higher education management in Liaoning province.The main innovation is reflected in this study:select to the existing problem of private hi gher education management in Liaoning province as a case,use the integrated literature analys is,case study and comparative study method,reveal the existing problems of private higher ed ucation management in Liaoning province and its causes;According to the objective reality of education management in Liaoning province,this paper puts forward some suggestions for i mproving the management of education in Liaoning province. |
