Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of File Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

Archives in advanced vocational schools are mainly formed in science research,teaching,as well as Party,administrative,masses and youth league activities and social services.They can comprehensively reflect the history of the establishment and development of schools;meanwhile they are also a very important reference for future development,and can be helpful for the whole staff,teachers and students in the school to reflect their work experience and personal development.Therefore,it's quite important to manage archives departments and apply resources in archives well.It has to meet the needs of social development when we are building high level colleges,and methods of archives management should also be innovated accordingly.However,archives management in advanced vocational schools is far behind the development of campus.Archive resources are neither making the effect they are supposed to,nor do they provide better services to both campus and social development.Moreover,the quality and level of archives management are different from campus to campus in our country.The thesis analyzes and researches existing studies of archives management in advanced vocational schools.It also analyzes the status quo and problems of both domestic and overseas archives management with the reference of New Public Service theories and methods of comparative study.In the end it summarizes a few suggestions of how to improve archives management in advanced vocational schools.
