At the end of the 19 th century, Liang Qichao gained insight into the reason for the failure of westernization drive and the root of sick, he also played a positive role in seeking the way to make the country stronger and stronger. So, in 1896, Liang revealed the desire of developing normal education to train highly qualifies teachers and new country in his published papers named The theory of normal education, which opened the first modern theories of normal education. Looking back more than a century of development process of normal education, basic education teacher’ education levels from the “old three normal levels” to the “new three normal levels”, the transition from normal education teacher training mode transition to teacher education. In the current normal education reform in how to train excellent teachers meet the needs of society? Liang’s thought of teacher education still has its theoretical and practical significance. The full text is divided into five parts:Introduction: Introducing the origin of this study, the research status, research ideas, research methods and innovation.First chapter: Analysis the historical background from two aspects of social background and personal feelings of Liang Qichao’s normal education thoughts, laid the foundation for the elaboration of Liang Qichao’s normal education thought.The second chapter: Analyzing the main content of Liang Qichao’s normal education thoughts, mainly from the base of the group of normal education status, as Japan, the normal education system, aimed at New Nation normal education purpose, and normal course of study, new trend change education practice, teachers of having both ability and political integrity of the six aspects are studied and discussed.The third chapter: Normal education thoughts of Liang Qichao analysis and evaluation, expounds the historical value and contemporary significance, its rich and enlightenment for the current normal education reform and development in our country.Conclusion:Summarize the whole paper,and refine the core view of the whole paper.
