| As the specialized education of training the teachers, normal education is the foundation of the whole education career which is relation to the healthy development of the whole education career.This paper chooses Liang Qichao--the initiator of normal education in the history of China’s education, and Diesterweg--the founder of German normal education as the research object,using several research methods,such as literature method, history method, comparative analysis, factor analysis, and so on, to investigation, comparison and analysis their normal education thought.This thesis is mainly divided into four parts: The first part, differentiate the concepts of "normal education" and "teacher education",define the meaning of the normal education in this article;The first part,summarize Liang Qichao and Diesterweg,and their thoughts;The second part, compare their normal education thought systematically;The third part, on the basis of the above elaboration, explore and analysis the similarities and differences between Liang Qichao and Diesterweg’s normal education thoughts;The fourth part, provide beneficial enlightenment for normal education in today’s China and even the entire education reform and development, by revealling the experience and lessons of Liang Qichao and Diesterweg’s normal education thoughts in the development and revolution of modern Sino-German education.Through the comparative analysis, this study suggests that Liang Qichao and Diesterweg’s normal education thought have both commonness and difference. The commonness mainly include: Attach importance on the position and function of normal education;Adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice;All advocate that normal education should meet the needs of the country and people;All advocate that teaching should be in accordance with the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development;All insist that teachers have a self education in the knowledge and virtue.The differences between Liang Qichao and Diesterweg’s normal education thought lie in:First, the major source of ideas is different-- the choose of cosmetic west and the development of western education tradition;Second,the reform object is different---the traditioal inculeating way of “object education”and faith type of enslaving education;Third, education aim is not the same---confident "feature of the national" and philanthropic "humanity education";Fourthly, normal education effects have difference- the founder of Chinese normal education and teacher’s teacher of world influence.The whole thoughts of the two’s normal education present feature of similarities and differences,we must analysis and view them dialectically, comprehensively.Except for the factors of political, economic, cultural, and personal growth experience, this thesis opens special part from three sides to analysis the cause of the differences and similarities between Liang Qichao and Diesterweg’s normal education thoughts, namely: China and Germany all have the vulnerability;Germany and China’s education secularization process are different;There is a difference between China and Germany’s modern national ideology.This study argues that by the comparison of Liang Qichao and Diesterweg’s normal education thought, it can give us the following enlightenments: First,envisage the pre-service education practice in the role of teacher training;Second, attach importance to the cultivation of normal students’ reflective ability;Third, attach importance to the cultivation of the students’ s professional identity and the relief of teachers’ occupational tiredness. |
