Along with the new curriculum reform progressively step by step, people have realized that it is unavoidable to incorporate the curriculum evaluation. Proposition as an important work of college entrance examination, must be a necessary theoretical study. Proposition of College Entrance Examination is a significant change of China’s College Entrance Examination reform. As an important basic subject, Chinese became into an Independent Proposition subject, due to the unbalance of regional economy, cultural diversity, and the disadvantage of uniform criteria. It based on the national examination outline of the College Entrance Examination, according to the local economy, culture and education level, adjust measures to local conditions to make reflect local characteristics of the college entrance examination of Chinese.This paper discussed and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the Independent Proposition of Chinese College Entrance Examination in three layers: the macro level, the mild level and the micro level. During the macro level, to bring out the relationship of the new curriculum reform and the Independent Proposition of Chinese College Entrance Examination, that is, the Independent Proposition of Chinese College Entrance Examination is the starting point and standpoint of this research, the relationship between the "six big change" of the new curriculum reform and the principle and practice of the Independent Proposition. It is not difficult to find they has consistency on the education value goal by the analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the Independent Proposition of Chinese College Entrance Examination’s relationship from the College Entrance Examination of language proposition of "integration", "partial".As for the mild level, the Independent Proposition of the University Entrance Examination of language in practice should strictly to the discipline of teaching and evaluation, to guarantee that the Independent Proposition could show the subject-based of Chinese, the scientific of education measure, the humanism of students support by the senior high school Chinese Curriculum Standard, the Syllabus for the College Entrance Examination of Chinese, and the relevance theory and methods of the Chinese text books and education measurement.In terms of micro level, that is, to provide specific operation problem, take Jiangxi province’s Independent Proposition of College Entrance Examination of Chinese(from 2007 to 2014) as the research object for empirical study, based on the independent proposition’s stage division, to explore the characteristics and the deficiency of independent proposition from its propositional form and propositional content.Last but not the least, this paper put forward some suggestions for the Independent Proposition of Chinese College Entrance Examination Under the Background of the New Curriculum Reform based on summarizing Jiangxi’s and other provinces’ Independent Proposition of Chinese College Entrance Examination, and other countries` language exam system, they are: adjust content and scores of examination, enhance creation of exam types, strengthen the proposition team construction, improve the proposition level.
