Under the background of quality education, university student administrators shoulder the functions of “education, administration, and service”. The work of traditional management mode is riddled with inefficiencies and irrational allocation of resources. Thus, we urgently need to explore a new type of management model. Through the implementation content and effects of the project-based management model adopted by the instructors, this dissertation tries to prove that the project-based management can help instructors of students improve the administration procedure, is conducive to improving the management level and working efficiency of instructors, is an important means for the quality education reform of universities, can further improve the administration ability of instructors and provides effective support to the professionalization of administration work.Through analyzing the difficulties of carrying out project-based management against the background of quality education, the paper has proved that the introduction of project-based management in the work of instructors is the new line of thought for the quality education and the reflection of innovation awareness, is a kind of scientific and efficient management measures to macroscopically coordinate resources and the necessary choice for the university student administration;through analyzing the key points for the implementation of project-based administration of instructor administration work, the paper has proved that improving the comprehensive qualities of students and faculties has great significance for the project-based management model and we must improve our correct understandings,strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge, and be courageous in innovation and practice to realize the objective of quality education; finally, through designing the administration procedure and studying the practical cases, the paper proves that the application of project-based management model in the administration work of university instructors is effective means to implement quality education. It has not only summed up the practice of innovation in the student administration work but also provides vigorous theoretical support and practice guidance for the management model of applyingproject-based management in the student work. Project management as a relatively mature management thinking, if the model concept, applied to the counselor work is an effective way to realize the students’ quality education, make the counselor’s daily management work more scientific standardization, flexible, institutionalization, and generalization; Not only to the class construction, community activities and student quality education is of great significance; Still can make the counselor’s own innovation spirit and practice ability through the concrete practice of project to improve; living conditions, assault event handling all aspects of the management, the realization of students during the period of school of information and resources, capital and other aspects can optimize the resource configuration, inspire our students to participate in the activity and quality development initiative, help us to standardize the students’ quality education activities smoothly, eventually to promote the connotation of campus culture activities and quality. So, to implement quality education of university counselors have to innovation.
