Research On The Dilemma Of Project Management Of Social Work Service Organizations From The Perspective Of Multiple Relationships

In recent years,social work services have basically been carried out under the framework of government purchasing services.From the practice and the development of social work in these years,we can find that compared with traditional service methods and management models,the form of project management has injected a new vitality into localized service organizations of social work,which can be more effective by using limited resources to meet the diverse needs of service targets.Social workers undertake hard tasks of improving people's livelihood and innovating social governance by providing services.The effectiveness of social work service affects the understanding and recognition of the social work industry from the entire society.However,in the process of providing services through project management,service organizations of social work still suffer from the dilemma of service supply,such as insufficient supply of services,lack of basis for service needs,unclear or even lack of service goals,and the situation that some government purchases of social work services have not achieved the desired service effect..This article takes a case of a specific social work service project in a social enterprise of a district of N City in 2018 as the research object,and uses the content of the project management process cycle as a logical framework to analyze and summarize the whole process of service,and combines the whole process of N organization project management to discuss the three major relations of excessive administration,profit-driven marketization and insufficient specialization caused by the interaction between the N organization and the government and the market.It is suggested that social work service organizations can solve the dilemma of providing their own services only by further improving the professional level of social work,and then promote the whole society to understand and identify with the social work industry.Finally,this article put forward some suggestions on the path of project management to improve the effect of social work services,hoping it could add some supplements to the project management research in the field of social work,and making some practical sense.
