Study On Project Communication Management Applied In The Work Of College Counselors

The counselors are the backbone of the moral education and ideological and political work in universities,are the mentors and practitioners of college students' ideological and political work,psychological counseling work,career planning and dormitory management work.In the face challenges of college students' thought and behavior has obvious difference with previous in the new period,counselors' work quality is asked improved.In order to improve the comprehensive quality of college students,the level of political,ideological consciousness,learning ability,employment ability,requires counselors to improve the quality of work,improve work method,to communicate with students in the work,to understand the students' problems in time and solve their problems in time,have the effect of counseling students indeed.In order to improve the counselors work quality and improve working methods,based on the work of university counselors as the research object,references project communication management method to the counselor work.Draw lessons from predecessors' achievements,combined with the experience of the author for many years engaged in the work of university counselors to deep thinking.First,this paper uses literature analysis,reading a lot of predecessors' achievements and project communication management related theory literature.Second,paper discusses the communication problems and the main communication object in the work of counselors,and the consequences of communication can lead to,and analyzed the cause of the communication difficulties in detail.Third,paper reference the project communication management method respectively to counselors work of party construction work,master the student political thought work,the construction of student cadre work,difficulties in students' work and employment guidance work.Take the "Nanchang university autonomous cleaning" case as an example,analyze the root cause of this case because of serious lack of communication.Final,For the problem existing in the work of counselors in communication,put forward the corresponding suggestions,including improving organizational communication,strong communication skills for managers appointed / negotiation,improve project information release,improved communication channels.In this paper,through research,it is concluded that the college counselor many work has a certain similarity with project engineering,and project communication management method can improve the quality of counselors.
