The Application And Research Of Project Management Pattern In The CCYL And Student Work Of Colleges And Universities

Nowadays, with the rapid development of network information technology andthe influx of western culture, the Chinese education mode will inevitably beinfluenced to a certain extent and Chinese college students’ thoughts are also subjectto different degrees of impact, resulting in many unknown new situations and newproblems in the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities.The main body of higher education students, students’ Ideological and politicaleducation work is the priority among priorities of institutions of higher learning,CCYL and student work is an important carrier of the ideological and politicaleducation. But the current problems existing in CCYL and Student Work of Collegesand Universities, such as the shortage of resource integration, strong planning, smallrange of audience and insufficient innovation content will make it difficult toguarantee the scientific, effective and systematic nature of CCYL activities, whicheven makes it harder to ensure the desired results of students’ ideological and politicaleducation work. It can be seen that these shortages have impacted the studentmanagement work in colleges and universities. So it is imperative to reform andinnovate higher school, CCYL and student work, which will become importantsubject faced by higher education in China.Based on this, this paper takes the project management as the theoreticalfoundation to analyze the feasibility of implementation of the project managementmode in the mission school work. Through improved methods and managementthought, the deep exploration of student work management pattern, it is hoped thatCCYL and student work will serve students better in the implementation of qualityeducation, which is further to improve the CCYL group cohesion and creativity andto achieve the operation principle of improving students in the basis of saving cost.Then, to verify the operability of project management in the Youth League work, taking Institute of Disaster Prevention as an example, through the analysis of therunning status of the summer social practice and a department Youth League Generalbranch of the student union of the project management, by using the system theoryand methods, combined with the actual characteristics of the Institute of DisasterPrevention, a series of improvement measures and suggestions are proposed in thispaper.The study of this paper has an important theoretical and practical effect on thereformation and innovation of CCYL and student work at colleges and universities.
