The Study On Social Work Project Management Process

Social work into China does not calculate long, but in the no long term, however, there was a huge change, these changes are because of economic globalization and postmodern background, also as Chinese unique cultural tradition and political system relevant. Chinese academic circle will social work this new thing into China facing changes after summed up as "localization, professionalization and specialization". Along with the social works continue to develop, gradually comes a new trend in social work, to implement social programs for main body organization as the main means of social service, the author summarized as "projectization"."Project" is not only the development trend of future social work, and at the same time, also carrying the decomposition social work long existing between professional socialist and management, the hope of the debate between socialism and in contemporary China, the research of social work is very limited, can say just confined to the traditional "three" of the research project. Therefore this paper, combining with the theories of management professional theory, social work with project management for the basic knowledge of project management framework to specific process as the research object, the kernel and extension to the social work, in order to expand the project in the analysis of perceptual information behind, summarizing a set of suitable for local Chinese project method and mode, thus for the development of China's social work contribute humble way.Full text of the four stages in accordance with project management, the logical clues concentrated exploration on two aspects:firstly, the problem of project management theory knowledge specific is how to use in social work project management; Second, the social work project management and traditional difference of managing by project, how in specific project management are reflected in the subjectivity and uniqueness of social work.
