Classical poetry teaching is an important part of high school Chinese teaching, to cultivate the students’ patriotic spirit, the inheritance of Chinese classical culture is of great significance. In the traditional teaching methods, students are not fully understanding the classical poetry, in this way, students can’t really appreciate classical poetry expressed sincere feelings. Classical poetry teaching high school how to become a good and orderly a subject for the general education workers, classical poetry learning can cultivate the students’ aesthetic ability, the ability, thinking ability, improve the comprehensive quality of students. Therefore, the study of high school classical poetry teaching plays a positive role to promote students to learn classical poetry.This research mainly adopts questionnaire method, he wrote "the high school Chinese classical poetry teaching present situation investigation questionnaire", through the questionnaire survey and interviews to understand the current high school Chinese teacher in the teaching of classical poetry teaching methods, teaching ability, teaching to the teachers’ teaching methods and students’ awareness of innovation, the status quo of learning interest, learning goals, etc, and summarizes the survey data, according to the results of analysis of the problems existing in the high school classical poetry teaching and to study the forming reason, on the basis of this puts forward countermeasures.This thesis is composed of the four parts:The first part is mainly based on the actuality of Chinese classical poetry teaching in high school as the research background, both at home and abroad about the classical poetry teaching are analyzed and summarized, according to the theory basis of this study are put forward.The second part mainly elaborates the significance of the present high school classical poetry teaching. According to the ordinary high school Chinese course standard(experiment) "requirement, research on Chinese classical poetry teaching in high school, from the meaning of the appreciation of classical poetry, the common teaching methods and other aspects.The third part mainly summarized the questionnaire data analysis of this research. This study based on the problems existing in the high school Chinese classical poetry teaching and the actual situation of investigation and analysis, to explore the main problems in Chinese classical poetry teaching in high school.The fourth part mainly according to the results of the survey data analysis, the present situation of Huludao city high school Chinese classical poetry teaching, put forward thinking and Suggestions about improve the level of classical poetry teaching, for students to establish the platform of autonomous learning, cultivate the students’ subjective initiative.
