“Academy of training middle school teachers at every weekend. ”as the part of plan that is“ spread educational wisdom”to minorities and poverty areas in Hainan province.It focus on the actual situation of the weak and poor basic education about which minorities and poverty area of Hainan, is devoted to guiding the basic education of these areas and cultivating teachers.The project integrates the high-quality basic education resource of Hainan normal university and the whole Hainan Province and Hainan Normal University,relies on local Bureaus of education Teacher training institutions,and makes teachers provide door-to-door teaching in their weekend.In this way,a new way is explored,which is for middle school teachers’ training in minorities and poverty areas.This thesis is range of the history subject to talk about “Academy of training middle school teachers at every weekend. ”, which is research the history teachers have a new way in their profession.the thesis divided into four chapters:The first chapter analyses the present situation of rural education in Hainan.It including its overall situation.Dilemma and those rural history middle school’s history teachers who needing to improve the teaching level and skills.The second chapter, For the first time, elaborated several theories to the “Academy of training middle school teachers at every weekend. ”.Such as the Constructive learning theory, teachers learning community theory and Cognitive therapy of the occasion theory. These theories could prove the “Academy of training middle school teachers at every weekend. ” is scientific and reasonable.Secondly,I introduced the background and general situation of “Academy of training middle school teachers at every weekend. ”based on collected the mass of first hand information about the history subject training work by my self.The third chapter,presents the basic training mode, operated mechanism and main feature of “Academy of training middle school teachers.In the fourth chapter, the author summaries the great function of the new way of “Academy of training middle school teachers at every weekend. ”for history teachers in Hainan.
