In this formula , the higher the marks of the teacher, the bigger of the product ,the better of the teaching quality .The decision about elementary education reform issued by the State Council pointed out clearly :to build the high quality teachers'staff is the key to steadily carry the quality education forward .Entering the 1980's, teachers'professional development has become the focus of people's attention and one of the main subjects in the contemporary reform of education .The specialization of the teachers profession is essential for the improvement of teachers'professional quality and the promotion of the teachers'professional social value, and it is the objective requirements for education of teachers in our country, especially those who are working in the rural middle school .They are playing more important roles in our teaching , as we all know ,we are living in a rural country , a developing country .According to the documents gathered , there is a great deal of research made both at home and abroad into the case of the specialization of teachers .All the research, in terms of the writer's analysis, is mainly made theoretically .However there is only a little applied research from the view of the practice and details ,especially middle school teachers in the rural of our country .This is exactly a pity .
