The ongoing reform and opening up,so China’s floating population scale is more and more big,the floating population increased year by year,education for children of migrant workers has become an important part of education in our country,therefore,the children of migrant workers in different education problems become the focus problem of local education.This article mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the self-management ability promotion strategy of non Shenzhen household registration junior high school students.Based on the investigation on the status quo of self management ability of non Shenzhen household junior middle school students’ learning,analysis of non practical problems of self management of household registration in Shenzhen junior middle school students’ learning in the root cause analysis and summary of the problem,research training and effective strategies to improve the non Shenzhen Hukou junior middle school students’ self management ability,theoretical research can enrich the junior middle school students’ self management.It is beneficial to promote the management of non Shenzhen domicile junior high school students and promote the comprehensive development of the non Shenzhen domicile junior high school students.Through the survey,it is found that the level of self-management of non Shenzhen junior high school students is not high.The factors that influence the self-management ability of non Shenzhen census register junior middle school students are mainly four aspects: self factors,family factors,school factors and teachers factors of non Shenzhen census register junior middle school students.First of all,the subjective consciousness of non Shenzhen registered residence junior middle school students is weak and subjective initiative has not been effectively guided and exerted,and their physical and mental maturity is not mature enough.Secondly,it is influenced by parents’ educational level,family education concept,family economic conditions and parents’ occupation.Thirdly,the current school education basically stays in the closed mode,and the school’s attention to the non Shenzhen domicile junior middle school students is insufficient.Finally,the teachers’ lack of guidance to the students’ self-management ability is also an important factor that leads to the lack of self-management ability of the non deep students.This paper argues that non ascending residence of Shenzhen junior middle school students’ self management ability,to non residents of Shenzhen junior high school students,to cultivate their independent consciousness,improve their management quality;for families,to cultivate children’s independent consciousness,create a good family environment.For schools,we need to improve the attention of non Shenzhen census register junior middle school students,strengthen guidance and education for non Shenzhen census register junior middle school students,promote friendly and harmonious campus environment construction,and create a good environment for non deep registered residence junior high school students to integrate.For teachers,teachers also strengthen the guidance and cultivation of self-management ability for non deep students.
