Employment, the people’s livelihood, the base of the harmonious society, Anguoplan. The employment of college graduates is a sensitive social problem, related tothe vital interests of thousands on thousands of students and their families, is animportant factor of national and social stability and development. From1999sincethe enrollment expansion of universities, Chinese higher education has experiencedgreat development of span, however, with the rapid increase of college graduates, theemployment problems arise.In the difficult employment situation, the employment situation of medicalgraduates is not optimistic, the low employment rate, high employment college andmedical students in higher technical and vocational education faces the situation isespecially grim.In this paper, the employment situation of graduates in Jiangxi Province HigherVocational College Graduates in Jiangxi province and the higher vocational medicalcollege were investigated and compared, professional characteristics, in highervocational medical colleges employment characteristics and employment subject hascarried on the analysis, a comprehensive analysis, system, the objective of the JiangxiMedical College for nearly three graduates of the employment situation, andproposed to improve the employment rate of the basic countermeasures andsuggestions.Overall, the professional medical grim employment situation, employment rateis low, the employment of college and medical students high in higher technical andvocational education faces the situation is especially grim. But the Jiangxi MedicalCollege for nearly three years the overall employment rate increased year by year,from201178%increase to91%in2013, grass-roots employment rate and grass-rootsemployment percentages were kept relatively stable.This paper takes Jiangxi Medical College as an example, the reasons of thegrass-roots employment rate is low are analyzed, and proposed to improve theemployment rate of the basic countermeasures and suggestions. First of all, on the subject of governance are analyzed, namely to the government, society, school, family,students of their respective duties and positioning for analysis, from the subjectivelevel, put forward to improve the grass-roots employment employment advice.Secondly, put forward to promote the coordination among the subjects, giving fullplay to the leading role of the government and strengthen the coordination among thesubjects. Finally, put forward to build and improve the cooperation mechanism,including trust and information sharing mechanism, coordination linkage mechanism,constraint incentive mechanism, evaluation and feedback mechanism.
