Study On Employment Problems And Countermeasures Of Graduates In Jiangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the background of higher education popularization and economic transformation and upgrading,the employment situation of graduates in higher vocational colleges is becoming increasingly severe,which has become an important issue in front of the government,society,employers and students.In recent years,the employment rate of new graduates in higher vocational colleges shows a slow downward trend.There are still regional,industrial and occupational segregation in employment,relatively low welfare treatment,relatively small development space,and the problems of employment satisfaction rate and low counterpart rate are also aggravating.In order to further analyze the employment situation of the graduates of higher vocational colleges,find out the reasons for their existence,and put forward reasonable countermeasures,this paper takes Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and economics as the research object,and analyzes the employment quality of the graduates of Jiangxi colleges and universities through theoretical research,literature research,data analysis,individual interview and other methods.From the aspects of government,society,employers,universities and graduates themselves,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the policy,culture,concept,history and other reasons for this problem.The author holds that the employment policy at the government level is not implemented in place and the employment market is not constructed in place;the orientation of personnel training at the higher vocational college level is not coordinated with the economic and social needs,the construction of curriculum system is not connected with the economic and social needs,and the employment guidance and employment education system are relatively backward;the discrimination of vocational education at the social level still exists,the change of employment concept is still slow;the personal level is short of long-term development The main reasons for the low employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges are the farcareer planning,the lack of correct employment mentality and the lack of necessary employment skills.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions.First,the government should take the initiative to strengthen macro-control,promote the adjustment of industrial structure,create more employment opportunities through industrial development,and build a broad stage for the employment of vocational college graduates;we should continue to improve the policy-making,break down the barriers of system and mechanism,strengthen the coordination and implementation of policies,and fundamentally solve the worries for the employment of vocational college graduates;we should increase Financial investment,integration of all kinds of resources,from information,platform,channels,funds and other aspects to provide all kinds of support for graduate employment.Second,higher vocational colleges,as the training and cultivation place for graduates,should promote the education and teaching reform,help graduates improve their theoretical basis,professional quality,practical ability and innovation ability,and lay a solid foundation for their successful employment in the society by means of defining the talent training orientation,reforming the talent training mode,innovating the education and teaching methods,and improving the employment guidance education.Third,the society should create a positive employment atmosphere,play an active role in advocating correct employment concept and combating employment discrimination,and vigorously promote the public welfare,specialization and informatization of intermediary institutions,so as to provide various help for the employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges.Fourth,the graduates of higher vocational colleges should adjust their mentality and objectives,strengthen their quality and cultivation,improve their skills and levels,and smoothly go to work with the help of the government,society and schools,so as to contribute their own strength to the development of the economy and society.
