With the development of the society, people to the importance of increasing the pre-school education, the growing demand for quality pre-school education, preschool education present situation and development to the attention of a growing. In 2010 the ministry of education promulgated the national medium and long-term program for education reform and development, the governments also have issued a series of policies and regulations, promote the healthy development of the preschool education. Initiatives to bring in preschool education in the history of the best opportunities for development, at the same time, the reform and development of preschool education workers are also feeling the pressure. Education reform and development of the key factors is a teacher, the cornerstone of the preschool education quality improvement is a high quality of kindergarten teachers. How to develop good kindergarten teachers, is the core content of kindergarten teacher management work. Different periods of teacher group, and because of the different factors such as environmental conditions, will inevitably presents the characteristics of era characteristics, the current kindergarten teacher management work, also has different characteristics and challenges, it must improve their own idea renewal, system update, update mechanism to update and strategy, acutely aware of, understand, guide and promote the healthy development of the teachers, in order to promote the healthy development of the preschool education. Therefore, the present working status quo and development trend of kindergarten teachers and the present situation of the public kindergarten teachers’ management and reform direction, naturally into our research field of vision.This research according to zhengzhou city five public kindergarten as the research object, from the teachers’ management work present situation investigation, this paper find the related factors influencing the kindergarten teachers management, explore the method of improving kindergarten teacher management, hope to provide some other similar kindergarten teacher management thinking and using for reference. This research mainly USES the interview method, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and the methods of literature research, from kindergarten teacher management study of three parts:the first part introduces the basic theory of the kindergarten teachers’ management, including the meaning and significance of kindergarten teacher management, management of kindergarten teachers the policy basis, kindergarten teachers management theoretical basis, the basic content of kindergarten teacher management and common forms of kindergarten teacher management; The second part focus on the investigation of the five management the current situation of kindergarten teachers, and analyzes the fair reflection of the status quo of the kindergarten teachers and the current situation of kindergarten teachers management; The third part puts forward to strengthen the management of kindergarten teachers four Suggestions, one is the kindergarten teachers and improve the social status and treatment; 2 it is to enhance the management level of kindergarten teachers; Three kindergarten teachers self-management is to stimulate the drive; Four is to increase the track of kindergarten teacher training in colleges and universities.
