| In the fall of 2005, Shanghai (kindergarten) implements 《 the primary and secondary schools, kindergarten curriculum reform, the second phase project of Shanghai》 starting from junior middle school grade of primary and secondary schools "(hereinafter referred to as" second class changes "). Phase ii class changes specified elementary school and junior high school must be set local curriculum and school-based curriculum. Local curriculum and school-based curriculum should account for by more than 10% of the total teaching hours for nine years of compulsory education. Requiring primary and secondary schools in the districts and counties to positively develop the school-based curriculum and to strengthen the management of the school-based curriculum standard during the process of the implementation of phase ii class changes.The development of school based curriculum in middle school is becoming increasing important, and has given rise to widespread concern of the experts and scholars from the education department, and launched a lot of research on development status quo and exploration in development practice, but there still exist many problems in school-based curriculum development. As far as the overall situation is concerned, the problems are mainly manifested in the aspects of: isolated development, empirical development, alienation of development target, narrow development scope, etc. As far as the school individuals is concerned, the problems mainly exist in the respects such as curriculum development being anticlimactic, the scope of curriculum development being narrow, the continuity of development course being lacking and the delivery standards of course development results being indistinct and so on. The reasons of these problems are mainly the curriculum development project management content not clear, management method not scientific and management process not irregular and so.In this paper, based on the theory of project management, according to the project characteristics of development of school-based curriculum in middle school, by analyzing the content and the process of project management in the development of school-based curriculum in middle school, constructing project management pattern of the school-based curriculum development, and improving the quality of the development of school-based curriculum, and solving the common existing problems in the development of school-based curriculum in middle school. Finally, taking an example of "go" school-based curriculum development in the ShangHong middle school, specifying the content and the process of project management of the development of school-based curriculum in the following four aspects of the project launch, project planning, project implementation and monitoring, project evaluation. |
