The era of the knowledge-based economy, and the rapid development of science and technology, the main-body’s advancement and life-long education practices to be in-depth. Therefore, learning and development is the theme of today’s education. In 2012, Guangxi started a new curriculum reform, and it was the last one of the whole National to take out the reform. With the introduction of the new curriculum reform, the classroom teaching reform has become a hot spot. Because Guangxi region of opposite fall behind, but is been numerous the pedagogue population. The Guangxi class changed work seem to be more importance. At Guangxi, be subjected to various reason of influence, tradition mode still deeply rooted, very difficult change, The main position of students be very rare to manifestation. This article attempts through author’s education teaching practice as well as the resonsideration responded that education reform problems existing in Guangxi.This research mainly adopts literature research method, survey method, case study method, comparative study method, statistical analysis method etc.. The essay consists of six parts. Carry out subjective teaching in investigation of some teachers and students of practice research at Guangxi, at the same time, the analysis of the survey data, and causes the thinking on the implementation of the main teaching problems. Through author’s education teaching practice, research from the teaching preparation, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation and teaching reflection after class and other aspects of the high school biology classroom teaching of subjectivity strategy study. Building the "learning guidance, self-study, discussion, build" the specific teaching mode. Teaching practice and analysis combined with the author’s teaching practice carried out in high school biology classroom. Using the same grade school two classes (class 1302, class 1304) conducts the practice research, one class (class 1304) of traditional teaching, as control group, another class (class 1302) carry out subjective teaching, as the experimental groups were compared. The result of teaching the subject teaching in high school biology classroom in the evaluation is in pure fraction of appraisal system, the subject teaching achieve certain teaching effect and teaching quality is superior to traditional teaching. But the effect of teaching by teaching conditions, the effect of examination system, teacher level constraints, constraints and other aspects affect the level of the students.The writer practice to discover:The basic idea and the curriculum goal of subjective teaching and the high school biology new curriculum reform to fit. In the practice of educational reform, carrying out subjective teaching strategy, the realization of large changes in teaching thought and mode, teachers construction and building consciousness and ability of their subjectivity; activate the students’ subject consciousness, arouse students’ learning enthusiasm, give full play to students’ initiative in learning and persistent.Subjective teaching surely can enhance interest, enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the student studies, and cultivate students life-long education study habits. At the same time need cultivate the consciousness of subjectivity in the whole high school biology teaching. Under the influence of the objective condition of the Guangxi. The subjective teaching mode is not a master key to solve the Guangxi education question.but at current of examination under the system, subjectivity teaching still needs and organic combination of the traditional teaching way, mutual penetration, has confidence good both of degree’s two kinds to achieve efficiency from classroom teaching.The practice indicated that Course reform aim at differences of Guangxi area, need to be draw up more practical viable match a region characteristics of implement way. At the same time, the hope enables more experts give more thorough attention Guangxi area class to change the development and the promotion, and proposed that the precious opinion and the suggestion, help Guangxi area realize the modernization of education at an early date.
