Times is changing, innovating and developing, new things are emerging,so that lifelong education, lifelong learning has become the general requirements of this era.In order to fit the needs of this era, in addition to the traditional school education, online education, self-learning and other forms of learning, training-especially for the workplace training is particularly important.Training as a traditional way of learning and self-improving is still irreplaceable in the modern era. Training is generally considered valuable and rewarding for trainees concerned, but most people feel that the harvest is not from training.In the age of full of knowledge and information, people need to be trained, but the students’learning positivity is poor. There are many reasons, if the training site managers personal edentity will be affect the students’learning positivity?Through the ways of interviews and investigation,the article taking Chongqing Sanli Occupation Training School as an example to research this problem and take the following conclusions:1.The participants of the training site managers personal identity potential cognition, and motivation for students to learn a significant impact.2.The training site managers personal identity, mainly through internal image and external image together in the students’learning positivity.3.the training site managers personal identity effcet on the students’ learning positivity almost plays on the study of cognitive, emotional learning, learning will learning behavior four areas.The innovation of this study lies in the predecessors of the personal identity of the relationship between learning positivity, lacking of the relationship of learning positivity and the personal identity,lacking of empirical research.This study taking as Chongqing Sanli vocational training schools for example, from an empirical point of view the training site manager’s personal identity how to effect the students’learning positivity, and put forward some reasonable suggestions.The downside of the article is that this choice was limited sample, the lack of a comparative analysis of similar training school.
