With the development of socialist culture, the development of traditional culture has been concerned by the whole society.. Traditional culture after the baptism in the long river of history, handed down many cultural treasures, facing the diversified development trend of culture, the modern development of traditional culture, must be through the necessary ways and means to achieve. Calligraphy education to humanity and the times for the development of traditional culture created a good platform, in calligraphy education as a carrier, realize the culture of contemporary humanistic literacy, scientific literacy, and the concept of innovation, the Chinese calligraphy as the national spirit of Chinese traditional culture to show, to education as a means within the scope of the whole society to produce positive influence. Relationship between the art of Chinese calligraphy and traditional culture is to promote each other and complement each other, through the research of the teaching of calligraphy education, rich content and form of traditional culture, traditional culture diversified cultural forms, to the art of calligraphy to show cultural quality and the national spirit of the Chinese nation. In primary and middle school students as the object of education, to the development of society to promote and social culture from the height of up to the height of the national cultural strategy and cultural soft power drives the development of the strategy of reinvigorating China through culture.This article from the relationship between the primary and secondary school calligraphy education and the traditional culture education, in the form of questionnaire survey on the problem of the development of calligraphy and traditional culture and education. This paper is divided into four parts to make a specific study, the first chapter of the domestic and foreign research status to make a survey. The research of this paper has a positive effect on the calligraphy education, and it can be effectively promoted by the teaching direction of calligraphy education.The cultivation of the cultural spirit and the quality of the students in the medium and the students, and the development of the socialist culture in our country have the talent power of the comprehensive quality.. talent strength for the development of socialist culture in China.
