Research On The Talents Cultivation Internationalization Of Industry Characteristic Universities

Cultivation of talents internationalization is an important topic of the internationalization of higher education, and it is also a quality requirement for the construction of Research University. As a product of history, the University of Industry Characteristics made a significant contribution to national economic development. In the new period, with the internationalization of higher education, the talent training mode of the industry characteristic universities has changed. At present, the overall development of talents cultivation internationalization of industry characteristic university is not high. In the process of talents cultivation internationalization, limited by the defects of university itself and the external environment, there exists practical problems such as international exchange and cooperation of the relatively small size, foreign language level is not high, barriers to international certification, the weak ability in talents cultivation internationalization of colleges and universities and so on. Therefore, this study tries to study the internationalized development path and the talent training mode on the basis of analysis talents cultivation internationalization practice of industry characteristic university. Thereby put forward the strategy of promoting the talents cultivation internationalization for industry characteristic universitiesThis paper mainly studies on the talents cultivation internationalization for industry characteristic universities, the research content is divided into seven chapters. In Chapter 1, the background of this study has been put forward, the research purpose and meaning has been illuminated, and the domestic and international literature review has been summarized and the research contents and methods have been described. In Chapter 2, the three basic concepts of this study have been defined, the quality of talents cultivation internationalization for industry characteristic university has been illuminated, and the basic theory basis have been expound. In Chapter 3, mainly analyzes talents cultivation internationalization in the domestic industry characteristic universities, concludes the main development path and development mode, and summarizes the problems existing in the development process. In Chapter 4, by using the case study of Cornell University and University of Saskatchewan, we could obtain reference for talents cultivation internationalization. In Chapter 5, takes Huazhong Agricultural University as an example, analyzes its development course, development path, development mode, development characteristics and development prospects. In Chapter 6, puts forward the strategy of promoting the talents cultivation internationalization for industry characteristic universities. In Chapter 7, makes a summary of the research achievements and innovations,presents the defects and prospects of the research.This study integrated use of literature method, survey method, case analysis and comparative research methods. From the perspective of talent cultivation to explore the development of higher education internationalization, Based on the analysis of the quality of talents cultivation internationalization for industry characteristic university, combined with the features of industry characteristic university, we are supposed to put forward countermeasures of talents cultivation internationalization for university of industry characteristics.
